Banana Muffins I
These were really good! I made the recipe exactly as written (but with fat free sour cream instead of plain), and they turned out very tasty. Perfect amounts, perfect temperature, even perfect baking time. My husband made a face when he saw me preparing them, "You're putting sour cream in the banana bread?," but when he tasted them he was very pleased. I'm always trying different banana bread/muffin recipes (some are too sweet or are too unhealthy written as-is), and this one is a keeper. They would also be good with a little cinnamon and/or nutmeg added, but it's not a requirement. Thanks, Tahoegirl!

Peanut Butter Noodles
This was fantastic! It tastes a lot like Thai restaurant quality (and my husband loved it, too). I didn't have fresh ginger so I used 2 tsp dried ginger, put in crushed red chili peppers for the hot chile paste, and omitted the crushed peanuts. It had just the right amount of spiciness. I let it simmer a bit too long so it wasn't very liquidy. The next time I won't simmer it quite as long, but it still tasted delicious! I served it along with chicken satay from this website and neither lasted long at all. Thanks for the post - I'll be making this many times in the future!

Chicken Satay
This was fantastic! I baked the chicken rather than grill it. Cut the chicken into strips, marinated the chicken for 3 1/2 hours and then baked it at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. I served it with peanut butter noodles from this website. My husband and I gobbled it up. Very tasty and will definitely make again!
