Chocolate Mint Dessert Brownies
When making the frosting, make sure you use PEPPERMINT extract if you are substituting for creme de menthe. I made the mistake of using mint extract and the brownies had a spearmint taste and ruined the brownies.

Cookies 'n Cream Cake
Used 1.5 c oreo crumbs in cake, but still didn't taste like oreos. Overall, the cake and frosting were pretty boring. I recommend using devil's food or chocolate cake mix instead of white, for a better oreo taste.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.
Cookie taste was not strong enough. Tasted more like plain cupcakes.
