Authentic Mexican Breakfast Tacos
This is very similar to what I grew up with, and what I have been cooking for years. Try making your own chorizo, several good ones here on Allrecipies. I don't like the ingredients listed in the store bought (questionable to my stomach) and way to greasy for me.

Grandma's Polish Perogies
Roll out to quarter inch?? Way to thick. I rolled mine out to about 1/8 inch thick. This still only make my yield 11. I guess I'd still prefer to cut my circles out of premade refrigerator pie crust dough, or use potsticker skins. This wasn't worth the mess in the kitchen.

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread
I will have to try this one again, just to make sure I do it right. It was not the texture or flavor that I remember when I made it befofe. Very disapointed with the outcome.
