Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie
This was very easy and good! People loved it. I followed the recipe exactly except I used regular vanilla extract. The next time I am going to cut the butter amount in half. It just puddled on top and was not necessary.

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers
These were really good, I even used ground 99% fat free turkey breast. I did mix shredded mozzerella cheese into the mixture instead of slices on top. It helped to keep them moist.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
These are awesome. I've made these a bunch of times and everyone loves them! Sometimes I add some grated orange zest which is really good.
