Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

This soup was great! I have made it 2 times now, the first time I made it exactly like the recipe posted. The 2nd time I made some changes, took others advice and put the chicken in frozen and shedded at the end, I used an extra can of chicken broth, no water, I used 2 cans of rotel 1 mild and 1 cilantro and lime- instead of seperate can of tomatoes and chiles. I also added black beans. MUCH better the 2nd time! I loved the flavor with the rotel (lime and cilantro rotel made a big difference). Topped with cheese, avacado, and sour cream. Used store bought chips. I will be making this again!

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Awesome! I made it exactly as the recipe stated. My whole family loved it! My husband said it was the best enchiladas he ever had and my son told me we should give this recipe to the local mexican resturant so they can make enchiladas this good. I think will just keep the recipe and make it at home. Thanks for sharing.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Big hit!! Even for my picky eaters. My husband, who usually covers everything in a sauce, ate it without anything extra on top. This recipe will become a regular. Thanks for sharing it!

Three-Meat Stromboli

I made this for dinner and had everyone- myself, kids and husband- 'rate' it. It won 5 stars. My husband an Italian food junky, said it was the best Stromboli he every had. I loved it too, and I don't usually like Stromboli. This has diffinitely become a regular meal at my house.

Deep Dish Layered Salad

Absolutely wonderful. My husband is a VERY picky eater, He loved it, as well as some friends eating over, they asked for the recipe. I changed some of the ingredients, used carrots and omitted celery and green pepper. ?lso, added a layer of bacon under the dressing and cheese over the dressing. My husband says it's a keeper- thast deserves 5 stars!

Pig Pickin' Cake

I had this cake years ago at a picnic, it was delicious. I had been looking for the receipe for years. Now I found it, I made this cake, it was just like I remembered. AWESOME!
