Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

I doubled the batch, did as another suggested and added 1 egg and reduced butter to 3/4 cup. Replaced 1/4 cup of the flour with wheat germ and added two heaping tablespoons of vanilla protein powder. It's delicious!

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2009
Super easy and delicious! I used part feta cheese and part colby, added some garlic powder and a little shredded carrot, baked for an hour and it was perfect. This goes well with a sweet potato casserole. The meat loaf makes a great sandwich the next day too!

this is so dang easy, I've made it several times using the low fat grands biscuits, I tear the biscuits into 4 pieces and cook covered for about 10 minutes and then uncovered about 10 minutes.

Baked Chicken Nuggets

Really easy. I don't even add the extra spices and it turns out great every time. I've also tried mixing mayo and melted butter instead of just mayo and that's great too. We used this recipe for fresh caught fish which was delicious!

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2009
Definitely will make this again! I had to improvise as I didn't have all the ingredients. I mixed 4 oz. container of feta cheese to 1.25 lb. of grnd turkey, 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, oregano and about 1/4 C water. let sit for about an hour and then made into paddies. We ate these with the sweet potato sticks - simply delicious!

Baked Sweet Potato Sticks

Fantastic and so easy! This recipes just goes to show you don't need sugar for sweet potatoes. I couldn't stop eating them! I premixed the olive oil and paprika then added the sliced sweet potatoes and oil mix in a zip lock bag, shook to coat then spread them out on a foil lined cookie sheet to bake. We ate these with the turkey feta burgers, delicious.

very easy and good! I used agave syrup instead of sugar as it has a lower G.I. index. I may try adding shredded coconut next time and a dash of salt.

I make this quite often, always a hit! I do cut back the oil to about 1/2 of what the recipe calls for. I usually don't add chocolate chips instead I put the satiny glaze recipe on top.

I used 4 ripe bananas, vanilla yogurt instead of sour cream and a dash of nutmeg, also I cut back the sugar, using about 3/4 C. brown sugar and 1/4 C. sugar. Baked in a bundt pan for 50 minutes, turned out very moist and delicious.

I did as others suggested and baked the dough first (about 12 minutes). Make sure you use fresh grated parmasan cheese (easy to find in the shredded cheese section). This recipe is fabulous! As my 3 year old daughter says, "That was awesome!"

Black Bean Pasta Salad

Very easy and delicious! I didn't even bother adding the onion, pepper or salt and pepper and it tastes great. I would recommend however, using the fresh packed salsa found in the refrigerator section of the grocery store instead of the jarred salsa.
