Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars
I doubled the batch, did as another suggested and added 1 egg and reduced butter to 3/4 cup. Replaced 1/4 cup of the flour with wheat germ and added two heaping tablespoons of vanilla protein powder. It's delicious!

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf
Super easy and delicious! I used part feta cheese and part colby, added some garlic powder and a little shredded carrot, baked for an hour and it was perfect. This goes well with a sweet potato casserole. The meat loaf makes a great sandwich the next day too!

Had something similar at a restaurant. Veggies used were mushrooms and spinach. after preparing the potato mixture top it with gravy and over easy eggs (or however you like them). Delicious!
