Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Honestly, I wasn't too sure about the cream cheese in this dish, but OMG it all worked sooo perfectly. I didn't change anything and did it exactly like the recipe said, and the whole time I was unsure until the end when I was pleasently suprized.
