Baked Potato

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2009
This is a classic you can not go wrong with this. My daughter and I love a good baked potato and this is how we do it. After it is done we usually add a bit of salt/pepper, butter, bacon and green onions. For a nice simple meal add a salad and you are good to go!!

Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2009
I love this recipe. I have made it 3 times in the past 2 weeks. We went to CT for the Fourth and I made this for my in-laws and they loved it too. The only thing I do differently is to add more garlic and to let it marinate for about 30 min to an hour. I just eyeball the ingredients and it comes out perfect every time. I highly recommend you try this recipe! UPDATE: I used this paste mixture on some grilled veggies and it was outstanding!! This is a must try recipe!

Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2008
This was my first time doing salmon and it tasted great. My husband loved it. I didn’t have any dill and I did sprinkle the fish on both sides with Mrs. Dash extra spice seasoning (which isn’t spicy at all but very good) and it came out great. Next time I make this I will do it on the grill wrapped in foil to give the fish a bit of a smoky flavor.

Barbecued Shrimp

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2008
This was a very good recipe. All the flavors went together very well to compliment the shrimp. I never measure anything I just go by taste and this came out great. I just made the sauce on the stove then I put everything in a baking dish and put it in the oven it took about 20 minutes. I made sure to stir the dish about every 5 minutes to make sure the shrimp cooked evenly in the sauce. I used frozen shrimp with the shell on. My daughter and husband really liked these. I will be making this again! It makes for an easy weeknight meal when paired with a salad we also had stuffed mushrooms.

And let me tell you I was not disappointed. It came out perfect and it was so delicious!!!! Thanks for the great recipe. :o)

Spicy Salsa

Reviewed: May 7, 2007
This recipe is good I had a variety of tomatos left over from a previous dinner of roasted tomato soup. It was nacho night so i made this and it was great. I don't care for cilantro so i used parsley instead and i used pickled jalapeno.

Reviewed: May 7, 2007
My family and I had nacho night the other day and this was great guacamole. this was my first time making and it was very simple. I did alter the recipe slightly I used one fresh jalapeno and about 1 1/2 tbs of pickled jalapenos and i used the juice of one lime and it was the perfect compliment to our meal.
