Baked Potato
This is a classic you can not go wrong with this. My daughter and I love a good baked potato and this is how we do it. After it is done we usually add a bit of salt/pepper, butter, bacon and green onions. For a nice simple meal add a salad and you are good to go!!

Spicy Grilled Shrimp
I love this recipe. I have made it 3 times in the past 2 weeks. We went to CT for the Fourth and I made this for my in-laws and they loved it too. The only thing I do differently is to add more garlic and to let it marinate for about 30 min to an hour. I just eyeball the ingredients and it comes out perfect every time. I highly recommend you try this recipe! UPDATE: I used this paste mixture on some grilled veggies and it was outstanding!! This is a must try recipe!

Salmon with Lemon and Dill
This was my first time doing salmon and it tasted great. My husband loved it. I didn’t have any dill and I did sprinkle the fish on both sides with Mrs. Dash extra spice seasoning (which isn’t spicy at all but very good) and it came out great. Next time I make this I will do it on the grill wrapped in foil to give the fish a bit of a smoky flavor.
