Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies
This cookie is amazingly delicious and always a hit at parties and cookie exchanges. I make it every year. I think the few members who have rated this 1 or 2 stars need to learn a term called "user error."

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I followed this recipe exactly, and ended up with the best cookies I have ever baked. Even my boyfriend ate them and loved them, and he doesn't usually like chocolate chip cookies. Absolutely FABULOUS.

Crispy Marshmallow Balls
It's not quite as easy as it sounds (it's kinda messy), but the final result tastes pretty good.
