My Mom makes the best Christmas Turkey ever. I can't wait to have it. I 've tried to replicate her results but she has that wonderful special touch that can't be dupicated.

Prime Rib Au Jus with Yorkshire Pudding
I cooked mine prime rib a bit longer...I like mine medium with a touch of rare. I will definitely make this again. I didn't make the Yorkshire puddings this time but I will next time.

Baked Ziti with Sausage
I loved this recipe. Definitely a keeper. I followed it exactly as the recipe called for. It was most and delicious.

Manicotti Alla Romana
The recipe was easy and it tasted very good. I would definitely make it with Italian Sausage next time as I found the filling a little dull. I would add some basil and italian seasoning to the beef filling just to give it a bit of jazz..the rest was fantastic.
