Slow Cooker Enchiladas
This was good. I used adobo seasoning, instead of taco seasoning, because that is what I had on hand. Next time I will make it with the taco seasoning.

Homemade Chorizo
I agree with LaidyLisa. My husband is mexican and I wanted to surprise him because he loves chorizo con huevos. It was way too hot for him to enjoy. Perhaps I will throw it into some chili so I won't waste it.

Cola Burgers
Burgers were very moist. Had a good flavor. Had a cook out on the 4th and tried this recipe. Everyone liked them.
