I'm a wife to a wonderful husband, mother of a beautiful baby girl, and "mom" to an adorable little Yorkshire Terrier--his name is Rocco. I am also a branch manager for a local bank and proud to have a wonderful team that I work with. My husband and I love to spend time together cooking and trying new recipes (well, I do the cooking and he does the tasting). I have been very blessed. I love to try all types of appetizers, dips, casseroles, and desserts. My favotite cuisines are Italien and Mexican. However, good 'ol American-style food is GREAT too! My mother and I have been "cursed" with going WAAAAY overboard when it comes to cooking for family and friends. Holidays and get-togethers are ALWAYS overloaded with tons of traditional dishes and lots of new recipes that we whipped up for the occasion. I have been fortunate to have made a lot of delicious dishes over the years that people across the country have praised and asked for more, but as for a specific triumph, I don't have one. Hmmmm...I'm sure there's been a few, but I obviously "block them out" b/c I can't think of one to write.
