About this Cook
well i am 20 years old. and daycare provider. so most of the stuff i bake and/or cook is for children i specilaize in bright colouful meals that are not only tastey but healthy and very eye popping
My favorite things to cook
i absolutely love to bake. my specialties are shortbread and sugar cookies.
My favorite family cooking traditions
my fave tradition is baking christmas cookies with my dad.
My cooking triumphs
the best thing i have ever baked is spongebob square pants birthday cake. i made this cake for my neighbour's son's birthday party. he had just turned 5. and was and still is an avid spongebob fan. i was short of time and just used a couple pre mixed cake mixes. so i made the cake as directed. i used premade icing as well. i used food colouring to colour the icing. and i used twinkies for the legs, ding dongs for the feet. and i used hard candies for the eyes.
My cooking tragedies
well i remember making a chili. a deadly chili at that. i was adding in the chili peppers and jalapenos. well i got the ingredients mixed up and ended uyp using 6 full jalapenos as well as 2 habaneros. talk about deadly

Dumplings
I tried these last night with my soup and they were scrumptious. I added a few more seasonings to them though. Will definitely be making these again

Scottish Shortbread IV
I have always used this recipe. The only difference is I use 4 cups flour and 1 1/2 cups brown sugar

Slow Cooker Garlic Mashed Potatoes
I made this tonight as a side dish and no one really cared for it. I would much rather just boil the garlic and onion with the potatoes and mash it together and add chives. Turns out with a lot more flavour
