I am a full-time working and student wife and mother of four. I never really enjoyed cooking until I had my children and learned to experiment with different recipes. I LOVE to cook Mexican dishes! My favorite cooking tradition is the big Sunday meals. I remember being younger and coming in the house after church to the smells of my mother's Sunday dinner being prepared. I've adapted that tradition in my house as well and my family and friends look forward to Sundays at our house! I have mastered the art of preparing LARGE family holiday dinners. My husband and I love to entertain during the holidays. I find great joy in watching my family eat my meals and pat me on the back about how good the food was! BAKING! I don't care how carefully I follow the instructions, my baking skills suck! I've decided to leave the baking to my mother and mother-in-law and stick to cookie dough and boxed cake mix!
