Hungarian Mushroom Soup
This was a wonderful soup. I doubled the recipe as I had a little over two pounds of mushrooms. I used fresh dill and parsley from the garden. At the very end, I used the emersion blender just a little. Next time, i might add a little bit of thyme. I think that would go well with this soup. I didn't use it this time so that I could rate the recipe as is. Superb taste and quick soup to make.

Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce
I love this recipe. I'll never buy canned stuff again. Normally, I prefer green sauce for my enchiladas but this is so good, I can do with out the green sauce sometimes. I don't really measure anything but eyeball it instead. Turns out good every time. Thanks for the inspiration,

Diabetic Dog Treats
All dogs love this treat. I make it about every other month. Dealing with the liver is a little icky but a nice food processor helps. I've made these for my dogs and for friend's and family's dogs. Cats would probably love this too. I know my cat (RIP) would have went bonkers for these.
