Beautiful presentation great flavor! I often use almond (or even vanilla) extract in place of the amaretto. An excellent recipe and lowfat, too!

Cookies were soft and delicious (and stayed soft!), the filling was the crowning glory, but you need to have a sweet tooth. MMMMMM! Will definitely make again!

This recipe could easily be the best Tiramisu you've ever had if you make the following simple changes: 1.) For an authentic Tiramisu you ALWAYS use Marscapone cheese and NEVER cream cheese! 2.) A Tiramisu should be LIGHTLY sweet, but not overpowering, so add about 5 sachets of vanilla sugar in place of the vanilla extract. (If you don't know what that is, add 3-4 Tablespoons of sugar, to taste along with the vanilla extract. 3.) It's better made the day before so the flavors have time to meld. If you don't have time, at least give it 8 hours. Note: I make it this way and everyone tells me it's better than a restaurant's and there's NO raw eggs to worry about. Try it with the changes and you WON'T be disappointed! (:

Delicious!!! I made these as the appetizer for my anniversary dinner and we both loved them! Will definitely make again. Something so easy shouldn't taste so good. They were even better when the longer I refrigerated the filling. After I stuffed the mushrooms, then refrigerated them until dinner. Fabulous! Highly recommended.

These are the best brownies I have ever made. I have made them at least 15 times in the past couple of months and everyone loves them. They are consistently chewy and moist except the time I used margarine and overbaked them, they were a bit cake-like, but the next day, they were perfect. For best results, use butter, like the recipe calls for. I have tried sunflower and vegetable oil and they are just as good as when I used butter. Also, I have never used the frosting recipe. I have tried them plain, with chocolate chunks and/or pecans, with a mixture of white and dark chocolate chunks, with milk chocolate chunks, and with swirling peanut butter on top before baking, all with perfect results each time. I have given the recipe to several friends and they all have the same result--moist, chewy brownies. One of my friends even added peanut butter chips...YUM! Thanks for the great recipe! I am never using a box mix again!

My fiancé is actually the one who chose the recipe as I was browsing through the site. I printed it out, but I was hesitate to make it because it uses orange zest and I've never used it before. But he's been asking me when I was going to make it I decided to surprise him today when he got home. I was really surpised when I tasted them--they are SO good! The orange flavor is the perfect balance to the white chocolate chips. My fiancé loves them and we almost spoiled our dinner because we couldn't stop eating them. (: he is taking the rest to work with him to munch on. I am writing this reviews for others of you who may be hesitating about making this recipe. Try it, you won't regret it! Delicious! We loved it! Will definitely make again. I halved the recipe and had great results. Here's a tip though, if you had problems rolling it up: use the wax paper (or foil) to help you roll it. Roll the paper forward, sealing any "breaks" in the loaf and pull the paper back each time until completely rolled. I am sure this was the intention for using wax paper. It's really easy this way. I love the little pinwheels I got when I cut into it. Great for kids of all ages. (:

This is the best pancake recipe I have ever tried! I think I have tried most of them on the internet in search of my mom and grandmother's recipes to no avail. My fiancé and I agreed that, at best, the other's were good, but nothing special. The oatmeal really adds something special to the recipe. We didn't have raisins so I omitted them and topped them with apples sautéed in a pat of butter and just a bit of cinnamon (which I have done with other pancakes). I halved the recipe and the two of us ate them all! YUM! Don't wait until Christmas to try these easy delicious pancakes! Will make again and again...they are definitely worth the wait! Very good dish. The sauce had a really good mushroom flavor. I made it with leftover roasted chicken. I use it as a base in other recipes instead of canned cream soups. My fiancé loves it! Thanks for a great recipe. Will definitely make again! (:

Wings very were good! I added a bit more hot sauce. But it was the Blue Cheese Dressing that won our hearts. Absolutely delicious! Better than the bottled version any day. Will definitely make again! (:

This was tasty, but there was only a vague taste of caramel. The next day, the flavor was stronger. My fiancé ate it on toast and was very happy with it. Since it was so easy we will probably make it again.

Great recipe! It was my first try at bread-making so I am glad to have had so much success. Also, thanks for the tip about using vinegar with milk in place of buttermilk. I followed the recipe to a tee and got a nice, rich caramel flavor. It's delicious! It was SO easy! I served it with whipped cream as suggested in the recipe. Good, quick cookie to satisfy the sweet tooth. We ate them them with chocolate pudding, but found that they were good just by themselves. It's definitely a keeper!
