Banana Coffee Cake
I gave this 5 stars because EVERYBODY liked it. I did put sliced almonds on top instead of pecans. It was great right out the oven. This is a keeper.

Classic Texas Caviar
This i an excellent party 'salsa'. I've made this a few times and loved it everytime. I do add a little more salt.

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya
We loved this recipe. I cooked this on the stovetop instead of the crockpot. It was very good the first day, but even better the next. This was one leftover that we cleaned up! Great on a chilly day.
