I love animals. And they all seem to find me when they are looking for a home. I love to cook, but I'm not very confident about my cooking. I'm not very good at meal planning or sticking to a planned out week of meals. I always have so many projects going on, that I usually wait till the last minute to start cooking, which ruins my plan. Right now I need to figure out what I'm going to do with those avacados that are sitting on my counter top going bad. Chicken salad quesedillas. I always get it right, never burn. Homemade biscuits. Potato cakes Can't think of any right now. Anything involving bread. I always burn the bread!?! It's like a running family joke at this point. I've been burning toast since I was a kid and I'm 35 years old now. I was so relieved to see Rachel Ray say the same thing one day on her show as she burned the bread.
