A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

No one was wowed by this recipe. I'll mostly likely not make it again. On the positive it was fast and easy.

Cincinnati Chili I

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2008
I've made this several times for my family after our local Chili resturant folded. It was the only placed to get Cincinnati Chili and this recipe is very close to theirs. My daughter and I like to make Frisco pie with this chili. Put corn chips in a bowl, spoon hot chili over the top and add sharp cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream. The best! Try it.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2008
I've made these for my monthly swim team birthday celebration twice and everyone loves them. My daughters love them too and they aren't much on oatmeal. It's a great way to get some nutrition and fiber into them. This recipe makes a lot and is great for a crowd.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2008
I served this appetizer for family at Christmas. I was told it was a keeper and to make it again. Many people originally thought it was crab dip and didn't have any idea it was chicken. Just the right amount of heat.

Glazed Nuts

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2007
This recipe is so simple and fast. It makes your house smell as if you've been baking all day. I ended up using more nuts than the one pound. I bought a bag of 2.5 pounds and used about half the bag. These are great for teacher gifts, neighbors and parties. Give them a try. My two daughters even liked them and they don't usually eat nuts.
