Delicious! Hubby raved about this burger. I followed the recipe as directed, but did take reviewers' recommendations and added a TBS of Worcestershire sauce. I used two cloves of fresh garlic and I think that made all the difference. I agree that the egg may not be necessary, and will try it w/o next time....and there will be a next time!

This cake received raves reviews from everyone at Thanksgiving...it was very easy to make, although a bit difficult finding the cream of coconut. It was definitely worth the search, though! I only used half the can of sweetened condensed milk with the whole can of cream of coconut and the cake flavor came out just right...moist, but not over-powering. I used the straw to poke holes and toasted the coconut....an entire bag is not necessary, but I kept the remaining toasted coconut in a container and used it later. This is a keeper!!

Loved it! I broiled the fish, as it doesn't take as long (10 minutes for an inch of thickness is perfect) and my husband ate it up and asked if saved this recipe to my recipe box! (yes, I did!).
