Hungry anyone?
About this Cook
My name is Devon, I have been married for almost three years and I learned to cook because...well...because I was hungry! You can't eat in restaurants all the time, right? So I have been teaching myself to cook for the past 5 years or so, and I love it!
My favorite things to cook
Thai Peanut Chicken, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Shepherd's Pie, Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies...
My cooking triumphs
My Chicken Cordon Bleu with Moscato White Wine sauce is very popular with friends and family, which always makes a cook feel good. :)
My cooking tragedies
For some reason I have yet to figure out the correct time for cooking brownies....EVERY time I attempt them they are either over or under done!!! :(

Flourless Chocolate Cake II
okay....so this cake is very FLAT....which is to be expected from one without flour I guess. :) it looks BEAUTIFUL though, an I just took a nibble off the dge and it tastes awesome too! So, make this cake if you want to impress, but don't make it if you want a huge, enormous cake....

Scones
I originally rated these badly because I didn't wait until they were done to rate (they looked really scary while they were cooking!)....but let me tell you, my in-laws are scottish and they said these are just like home!! :) thanks!
