This was really great. we actually grill the chicken ,after marinating it for 3 hours & the flavors were spectacular. It is a keeper for me!

Zucchini Bread

Quite good,although I've had better. I used 1/2 c. oil,1/2 c. applesauce in place of the full cup of oil.Was light ,not heavy,not oily on the bottom like some cakes are. I add 1/2 c. Crasins & will add more the next time.I will make it again.

Fresh Rhubarb Pie

Absolutely wonderful.I did add 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries & increased the flour to 7 1/2 tbsp. It was perfect. Just sweet enough, just tart enough,& it was not runny, not floury tasting. I will make it again, with & without the strawberries. I also want to try other friut pies & do the sugar ,flour mixture the same way to see if the bottom crust turns out the same way. This is a definite KEEPER thanks for the recipe!

Vanilla Crepes

My mother always made these ,as i do now for my family. Another filling is sweetened cottage cheese. Just add sugar & vanilla to your taste to small curd cottage cheeese,place them in a oven proof pie plate, & warm in the oven for 10 minutes, sprikle with 10x sugar & you have a gourmet dessert!

Pineapple Zucchini Muffins

Excellent. I've made these several times this summer & we all really enjoy them. I do substitute 1/2 cup applesauce for 1?2 of the oil,(even used Peachy APPLesauce)and they were delicious also! ENJOY!!!

followed the recipe exactly,let the pie rest in the oven for 20 or so minutes after it was turned off & the pie was perfect. Not runny,not floury ,just right!!

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

this is great & I've actually made it by alternating ice cream sandwiches & ice cream bars(take the stick out of course)& using Heath bars as the topping!!! very good,Thanks for the recipe
