As a young cook, (40 years ago) trying to make french fries for the first times I guess the oil was not hot enought & the fries turned to mush.

Honey-Mustard Baked Chicken
This was really great. we actually grill the chicken ,after marinating it for 3 hours & the flavors were spectacular. It is a keeper for me!

Zucchini Bread
Quite good,although I've had better. I used 1/2 c. oil,1/2 c. applesauce in place of the full cup of oil.Was light ,not heavy,not oily on the bottom like some cakes are. I add 1/2 c. Crasins & will add more the next time.I will make it again.
