I am a young professional trying to make it in the world. I was raised with a wide variety of foods, and was never a picky eater. I have recently taken on the challenge of introducing "new and exciting foods" to my fiancee's extremely picky palate... ;-) Everyday is a different mood... I love to entertain with big, glamorous meals. The other side of me loves easy casseroles, and my absolute favorite is my Momma's Green Bean Casserole.... My family has always been surrounded with food. We share everything with food. If you show up to Dad's or Grandma's, always expect to be greeted with a hot plate and to leave with a full stomach. My Momma taught me everything I know about cooking. Losing her at the young age of 20 was tough. I love to cook and see the result of all the knowledge she passed down to me. She was very passionate about food, and I hope that I can make her proud with sharing my passion with my own family. I can only offer advice here.... Always.. ALWAYS...
