Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Fantastic!!! I used 2% milk and the roux didn't quite thicken up... I was feeling skeptical about the recipe but then I added it to the potatoes and broth and miraculously it turned out perfect. It's a must-try recipe!

Grandpa's Classic Coney Sauce
Sorry, but for me, it looked thick and mushy. And I thought the taste wasn't great either. Big disappointment.

Tofu Parmigiana
We are first time tofu eaters and we thought this dish was great. We had low expectations about tofu and this exceeded our expectations. I put salt and pepper on the slices, dipped them in egg, and then italian breadcrumbs. I baked on a oiled cookie sheet at 375 for 20minutes and then used jar-sauce to follow the recipe.
