Ask me again five years from now. Thanksgiving 2003. Placing a glass casserole dish hot out of the oven on top of my parents' electric stove. Little did I know that the burner I set it on was actually on. You can guess what happened next - the casserole dish shattered and sent the contents flying all over the kitchen. I was more upset about not being able to taste my new concoction than the glass dish breaking!!!
