Hot Buttered Rum Batter
Excellent... much better than my old recipe. So good on a cold winter's night, especially around the holidays!

Golden Rum Cake
I made 5 of these and gave as gifts at Christmas ... on pretty Christmas plates. Just wrapped in cellophane and added a big bow. People loved them... especially the taste! Very elegant and festive.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
This is exceptionally good on a cold winter's night. Only changes I make: diced tomatoes rather than whole... 32 oz. chicken broth (no water)... add a can of black beans... and top with sour cream and shredded cheese.
