Clam Chowder Canadian Military Style
This was good and came together fairly easily--I did jazz up teh seasoning a bit. Very satisfying soup!

Tostones (Fried Plantains)
I used green plantians and canola oil--I had these in a Cuban resturant once and was blown away. These are quite yummy, and surprisingly EASY to make. Thank you!
