Wow! Even with all the good reviews, I was surprised just how tasty these are. Only change I made was using two peppers instead of one. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

Wow! I would have never thought to put this combination of flavors together, but it worked so well. I made it exactly as written and we loved it. I served shrimp skewers on the side and my husband said he would have liked the shrimp on the salad. I'm not much of a shrimp person, so I was quite happy eating it as it was. I'll definitely make this again!

Yum! Doubled the sauce, used 1/2 chunky and 1/2 smooth peanut butter, omitted peanuts. Otherwise made it as written. Excellent flavor, just the right kick. I'll definitely be making this again.
