Vicksburg Cheese Ball

I got this recipe from a friend 20 years ago....and it is a GREAT cheese ball!!!-- especially if you like blue cheese!!!

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

I made this fabulous salad for Thanksgiving, yesterday...it was met w/ RAVE REVIEWS!!!! We are big salad eaters...and this was fabulous! I used spring mix and added a bunch of baby spinach to it (even though it is already in the mix) The dressing is wonderful!!!!!!! Thank you Jamie!!!

Manicotti

Easy way to stuff the manicotti is to make the stuffing and DO NOT COOK the manicotti, and stuff before you cook.....Simply add 3/4 c of water to your sauce and cover when baking and it is GREAT!!!!!!! I also use lowfat cottage cheese and mix it w/ the ricotta!! Great recipe!
