I made this for the 1st time this past weekend, brought them to a BBQ and they were a HUGE hit. I too used blueberry preserves and I added in more PB chips. I then drizzled some melted PB over the bars. I can't have enough. This recipe is so easy. I made another batch last night!

I loved the concept of this recipe. It was easy, but did need some tweeking for my personal tastes. Salt, pepper, garlic. Next time I will also add more chicken. This was a great recipe though. I look forward to making it again, especially as winter is here... it's the perfect meal to curl up to.

Very good. I am trying to become more of a "baker" instead of a cook.. so this was a great recipe to start with. Got a little creative and added a hint of almond extract and dropped an almond in the middle of the cookie once they were cooked. Took the advice of another review and just rolled the cookies into balls and flattened.
