Homemade Pancake Syrup
Soooo good! Did not have maple flavoring so used about 1 tsp. vanilla extract. Also added about 1/2 tsp salt to sugar mixture before boiling. And added 1 T butter after it was finished boiling. No artifical taste like store bought, so cheap, yummy and easy!

It's Chili by George!!
This is the best chili I've ever made. As per other's suggestions, I reduced the amount of tomato juice (by about half) and added a can of chopped tomatoes and it is still a little on the soupy side. Probably will reduce the juice to about 1/4 next time and use two cans of chopped tomatoes. Other than that change and omiting the onion and substituting navy beans for the kidney beans because of personal preferrence, (I substituted onion powder) I didn't change a thing and it's wonderful! Great for a cold day

Fettuccine Alfredo with Ham
Very, very easy and good! I used one pan for even easier clean-up. I boiled the pasta (as per others suggestions I reduced the amount of pasta. Also used shredded parmesan out of the can instead of grated) and while that was cooking I cut up the ham. After pasta was done, I drained and left in strainer then I used the same pan to cook the ham and then added the pasta back to the pan and heated thru. The ham/sauce doesn't take more than a few minutes. Sooo easy to throw together and on the table in 20 minutes. Very good! Thanks for the recipe!
