yummy, yummy, yummy! I had gotten on all recipes to get a frozen fruit salad recipe, and this one came up in my search. It was a yummy, sweet, summery salad to accompany my main course! I used splenda instead of sugar and fat free whipped topping to make it lower cal.

This is a fabulous banana pudding...not only is it yummy, but it is relatively good for you. I downsized the recipe and used one cheesecake and one vanilla sugar-free instant pudding. I also didn't have any sour cream, so I didn't include it in the pudding. I also used extra splenda because I thought it couldn't hurt. Yummy!

I only use whole wheat flour, so I didn't follow this recipe exactly. I am sure they would have been delicious with white flour...but if you are a wheat eater, DON'T use wheat...they were bready. They tasted like chocolate chip bread.
