Kraut Bierocks
Yum, yum....these were so good and a neat change up in the dinner line up. I added some caraway (1T) seeds and I though that really added something to it...

Amish Meatloaf
Great...used 1 1/2 lb ground beef and 3 links italian sausage! This was awesome already made another just for sandwichs. I also cut the sugar way down just because I know it is not to my taste. I have been looking for a good meatloaf recipe to add to the weekly rotation..thanks!

Seared Salmon with Indian-Inspired Cream Sauce
This was amazing!! I served over shrimp instead of salmon all over angel hair. Such a rich and unique taste. Way to change up dinner time. It was something I would imagine I could only get at a restaurant! Sooooo good and super impressive! Thanks for sharing!
