Vegan Pumpkin Ice Cream

very strange texture - sort of slimey but like ice milk when scooped out of the container - and it took over night to freeze completely so I could not serve it with the "Crazy Crust Apple Pie" I got the recipe for from here.

Bloody Mary Chicken

The chicken was somewhat dry but the flavor was good as long as you poured the juice on it during the meal. I would just by spicy V8 juice and save the money instead of buying the bloody mary mix.

Crazy Crust Apple Pie

My lactose intolerant friends loved this! They thought the crust was delicious. Now I am going to try it with other fruit fillings as well.

Vegan Brownies

Made them once with substituting apple sauce - okay if you like the chocolate apple taste. Made them as directed the second time and they were yummy! Great for those with lactose intolerance!

The bacon flavor got lost in the mix, I cut down the BBQ sause and still it was overpowering. I've made it twice and with some extra tinkering to the recipe it turned out great - less BBQ sause, more liquid - tomatoe juice!
