Even my meat-loving husband totally ate this! I omitted pine nuts and used fresh spinach out of personal preference.

Sorry Campbell's, but this is not your best effort. I have made many recipes with soup, but the worst part might have been the canned chicken (I thought the fact that they were canned would be disguised by all of the sauce, but no such luck). My husband was sweet, and he ate them, but he later admitted he hated them, too.

My husband and I used this recipe to try out our slow cooker for the first time. It was a great stew for a cold winter day. The only change I made was to add a little more broth (I nearly finished off the second can of broth). The flavors were wonderful, and the consistency of the meat and veggies were perfect. We cooked it on high for about 5 1/2 hours. We will definitely make this again!
