This has become one of my favorite slow cooker recipes. I have tried different kinds of enchilada sauce, and love how they change the flavor. Corn muffins instead of tortillas make this a big hit at my house

Tortellini Salad Italiana

Very good! The one thing I'd change next time is I think I'll try with a mild salami, I think the prosciutto didn't hold up very well in the refrigeration. Otherwise, it was great, and I will used it again

Stuffed Jalapenos III

OK..we like it hot at my house, so the one change while I double the batch was to dice 4 habaneros and put it in half of the cream cheese. I followed the rest of the directions, cooking until the bacon was done. It was nice to have a popper with a punch!
