These are seriously the best CC cookies ever. I love rich, chewy cookies, but even I reduced the amount of CC to 1 1/2 cups from 2 cups. No other changes are needed, these are wonderful! (P.S. They are double-y yummy as written, but almost as good with 1 cup whole wheat flour/1 cup unbleached flour & using splenda instead of regular granulated sugar... don't mess with the brown sugar, thou, it totally changes the cookie)

This was edible, but just so. The flavor was very subtle. Need something to add a kick to it.

These were AMAZING! As good as any fancy bakery-bought brownies! I used 1/2 white and 1/2 brown sugar (3 cups total) and 1/2 white and 1/2 wheat flour. I used margarine instead of the butter, and it turned out great. Mixed in what was left of a bag of jumbo dark-dark chocolate chips. YUM!
