Daria's Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
Here is what I did: 1. Beef stew meet 2. beef broth instead of water, wine and bouillon (I didn't have the wine) 2. 2 cloves of garlic 3. 2 tsp of Worcestershire 4. fresh mushroom rather than canned 5. 2TBSP of flour 6. half the sour cream plus 4oz cream cheese Smelled good, tasted not so great. The cream cheese was too strong for me. Husband said it was fine. Overall taste was lacking. Parsley was a bit overpowering. First few bites weren't bad, but I couldn't finish it. The cream cheese made me want to gag (and I LOVE cream cheese). I will not make this again.

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin
I followed the recipe as it is written. I only marinated for 2 hours because that is all the time I had. The flavor was strong, but I still might try marinating it longer next time to see how the flavor changes. It took just under an hour to cook. The meat was moist and tender. The flavor was pretty good, but I think next time I will try 1/3 cup of vinegar and oil. It seemed a little heavy for my tastes. The quality of the flavor relies a lot on what kind of steak seasoning you use. If you don't quite dig it the first time, try using a different kind of seasoning. I definitely enjoyed this dish. I will most likely make it again.

Cabbage-Tomato Pasta Toss
Good potential, but way too much bread crumbs. If you like the bread crumbs, I would say try half of what the recipe calls for or even less. It was a bit dry. We thought it might be really good if you cut out the bread crumbs and added the garlic and some of the oil to the tomato mixture and used that as kind of a dressing or base. We would have liked more cabbage too. 2cups looks like a lot but really wasn't.
