Banana Banana Bread
Bread had good flavor.... I added applesauce to get the full 2 1/2 cups bananas. This bread does not rise..... stays very dense. The level you put in the pan is the size of bread you get out of the pan.

Classic Waffles
Very simple and very good. I used an electric mixer to incorporate more air into the eggs before adding the dry ingredients.

Apple Oatmeal Crisp
I followed the recipe as is and it is AWESOME!!!! Remember to grease the pan.
