Toasted Pumpkin Seeds with Sugar and Spice
Yum! These were great! I combined everything (4 TBSP sugar and the rest) and baked it all. Came out great. This will be the recipe I use from now on!

Tres Leches Cake
Yum! I've made this a few times for people who know and love authentic tres leches and it always gets rave reviews. I do skip the cherries though. Also, save and refridgerate the leftover milk mixture. Mix in an egg & a splash of vanilla the next morning and it makes an AWESOME soak for french toast! :)

Mint Juleps
Aaaaah! Perfect! I've made this recipe and I've also made Basil Juleps which were a HUGE hit w/ our mint julep crowd. I just substituted fresh basil (1 cup) for mint and followed the recipe. Yum! Perfect to cool off on a hot day down by the "rivah"!
