I'm a stay-at-home Mom of 3. My husband and I have been married almost six years. He works in the restaurant industry so I am always challenged with meals! I bake when I should be cooking dinner. I always have cookies, brownies or something sweet in the oven. I would love to do more with actually cooking but have a hard time with coming up with something that all the kids will love! I always bake cookies with my kids, I want them to feel comfortable in the kitchen. I have never done a lot with homemade bread that didn't come out of a bread machine. One time I made cinnamon rolls that came out amazing though. I overmixed some bread dough and my rolls came out hard as rocks...other than that I don't usually tackle something I know I can't do.
