Baked Buffalo Wings

Yummy! I didn't have time to refrigerate at all, only used 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper, flipped half way through baking, and brushed with sauce again after baking. Came out crispy and crunchy!

Baked Potato Soup V

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2009
Yummm! Changes I made: Bolied potatoes, smashed half, left the other half cubed, much faster and easier. Added more S&P, garlic powder, and onion powder with butter and flour. Turned out perfect...not too thick. Will make again and again.

Beer Cheese Soup II

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2008
I gave this recipe three stars..even though when all was said and done it turned out great! I didn't care too much for the recipe "as is" so after I had a few bites, I boiled potatoes, carrots, and 1 chicken bullion cube until tender. I also threw some polish sausage in a pan to heat, and then cut length-wise and sliced small pieces. With all of the extra add-ins, the soup was wonderful!

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Very good!! However, I will look for a better quality italian sausage next time. I used a name brand from a supermarket and it didn't have the quality taste of the famous restaurant.

Eggplant Parmesan II

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2008
YUMMY! Just me and the hubby so I cut it down to 1 eggplant. I salted it, breaded it, and baked it 7 min on each side. In a 9x9 dish, tossed whole wheat angel hair and spaghetti sauce, top with another layer of sauce and eggplant. Then sprinkled cheeses and basil. Baked for 30 min. Wouldn't change a thing!

Fantastic as is! I do switch the half and half to milk to make it healthier. A wonderful and easy soup that I will make again and again!

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2008
Very good recipe! I used much of the advice from other users though. I started out by rubbing the chicken down with the spices and letting it sit for 30 minutes prior to cooking. I also added a small amount of chicken stock after the chicken had cooked for about five minutes. When the chicken was done, I made the gravy suggested (2tbs butter, 3tbs flour, remaining can chicken stock) and it turned out great. I served the gravy over the chicken and mashed potatoes and added a side of green beans. A quick, easy, and wonderfl meal!

Roasted Vegetable Chicken

I used chicken broth instead of water, added mushrooms and broccoli, cut out the celery, and only used a few chunks of onion...After this it was great! Easy and healthy too!
