Caramelized Red Bell Peppers and Onions
Wonderful! I put my cooking wine in only about 5 min b4 serving. My fire was up pretty high so it cooked in quickly! This dish was as good as the T-Bone steak we had it with!

Mom's Zucchini Bread
THE BEST! I made 2 separate batches: For the 1st batch I used stone ground whole wheat flour, sea salt, organic sugar, organic eggs, melted unrefined coconut oil, natural, unsweetened applesauce for 1/2 the oil, and about 3/4-1 cup more zucchini. I also added a dash of nutmeg. The 2nd batch was according to the recipe but with a little extra zucchini, applesauce for 1/2 the oil & a dash of nutmeg. Both were excellent! The whole family loved them but even my picky eaters preferred the wheat/organic!

Turkey Sausage Breakfast
Delicious! I used 10 eggs, 3/4 cup of milk and 1 cup of cheese. (I'm not a big cheese fan). I cooked my pound of turkey sausage and 1/2 of a large diced yellow onion the night before, leaving the "juices" in it. (I even shredded my potatoes the night before and though they turned a bit brown it did not affect the flavor a bit). I baked it about 45min. in a convection oven and served it to my Ladies Bible Class. All loved it and many asked for the recipe!
