Light Zucchini Casserole
Sorry didn't like it. Gave 2 stars for taste and texture. While I love parmesean cheese with zucchini, there was too much here. Recommend half the cheese be cheddar. Definitely needs salt, maybe celery salt? Texture was just odd, it was more sticky than melted cheese "gooey"; and runny.

Crunchy Wheat and Rye
very good bread: nice texture, great taste. Great way to use up Grape-nut cereal that I bought during a weak moment, then regretted...

Best Bread Machine Bread
I gave a 2 star instead of 3 star due to existing high rating overall. might make a nice base for french toast, or bread pudding, but too sweet for me as a white bread. My husband refrained from comment - that's a bad sign. Given the high rating, I was VERY dissapointed. Never have I been so in disagreement with the general reviews. I don't understand the high rating. The quality of bread was good; the crust too flaky - like a croisant; but the taste failed because it was not a white bread -- too sweet, and it wasn't sweet enough to qualify as a sweet bread.
