My husband and I LOVED this marinade!!! Will use it again tonight with BBQ Chicken Thighs. Marinated the chicken for only an hour and was very salty, will try with reduced salt soy this time. Poured marinade over the chicken when I put it in the oven, cooked for 30 minutes and then added BBQ sauce over the chicken for last 15 minutes. Tasted great and came out perfect. First time I ate the skin of the chicken in years@! Probably not the best for the dieter!
