These were so good! I followed the recipe exactly, and they were fluffy, moist and delicious. The lemon taste was not too strong--I could even have put more zest in. I had to double the frosting.

This pie is wonderful. I like pumpkin puree from a can just fine, but if you want an extra treat (with a little extra effort), try baking your own pumpkins--this recipe works great for that. I used my own pie crust recipe and added a little nutmeg, but other than that I followed the recipe. I liked that it wasn't quite as sweet as the recipe on the pumpkin can... the honey taste was amazing!

This is a good basic stir-fry recipe. It's a little too bland for me, so I add a couple tablespoons of brown sugar to the marinade, and then two tablespoons of soy sauce (mixed with corn starch, so the sauce doesn't end up too thin) and some extra garlic and ginger to the sauce at the end.
