Homemade Manti (Traditional Turkish Dumplings)
Yum! This was delicious! I added a little salt to the yogurt, but the spice from the red pepper flakes was a nice touch.

Garlicky Baked Butternut Squash
I loved this simple and delicious dish. I'm glad to find a squash recipe that is not sweet, but buttery, garlicky, and fabulous! Don't change a thing!

Wow! So few ingredients to make a delicious meal. I was surprised at how the sugar/salt poaching gave cod a delicate sweet flavor...I did reduce the sugar to a half a cup. It truly did have the texture and flavor of lobster. What a great find.
